East Sussex Advice Plus (ESAP) is a partnership of independent legal advice agencies in East Sussex. It is a lottery funded project to support the advice agencies to work in partnership with each other. The Partnership includes: 8 Citizens Advice Bureaus, Shelter, HARC (Hastings Advice and Representation Centre) , BHT’s (Brighton Housing Trust) Eastbourne Advice Centre and the Newhaven Community Development Association. The advantage of working together is that no one single agency can achieve the delivery of an East Sussex wide legal advice service.  This can only be achieved by pooling together the strengths of the respective partners in terms of geographical spread and range/capacity of advice.
