It aims to establish and embed a shared vision and strategy for adult learning and skills in East Sussex.

ESSP Executive Board

There are two representatives from the sector who are members of ESSP Executive Board on behalf of the Countywide SpeakUp Forum - Steve Hare and Steve Manwaring.

East Sussex Strategic Workforce Forum

The Forum supports improvement in strategic workforce development and planning in East Sussex ensuring that workforce strategies are aligned with both service developments taking place in social care and the core business of existing social care providers.
ESCC Recession Task Force

The key rationale behind establishing the Taskforce is that, by working together, we can achieve much more and provide more common and consistent messages than would be possible working individually.
ESSP Migration Action Group (MAG)

ESSP Migration Action Group (MAG) provides an advisory, development and consultation function for member organisations from the statutory, voluntary and community sector, for the coordination and provision of advice, support and services for migrants.

Transitions Steering Group

The Group aims to oversee the implementation of ESCC Transition Strategy and the implementation of new ways of working and service developments across a multi-agency partnership.
VCS (Voluntary and Community Sector) Liaison Meeting with East Sussex County Council

Quarterly departmental (Corporate and Adult Social Care) liaison meetings take place with Councils for Voluntary Services, and County-wide Voluntary and Community Organisations (VCOs).
