Eastbourne Community Network (ECN) is a network of networks and groups in Eastbourne, enabling voluntary and community groups to have a representative voice within decision making bodies and to help shape the services Eastbourne receives from public agencies. ECN has election for community representatives last, who are carrying the voice of the network at partnerships like Eastbourne Strategic Partnership.
